Where is your gym?
We're based at Bedford Blues Rugby Club on Goldington Road.
When are the sessions?
We have sessions available every weekday morning (6am, 7am and 915am) and Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7pm) plus Saturday mornings (8am).
How long are the sessions?
Every session is 60 minutes long.
Are the session days and times flexible?
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.
When can I start?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
When are the intro sessions?
We’ll be in touch ASAP top arrange your intro session at a time that suits you.
How much is it?
The challenge is currently £300 £199.
Do I need to be fit already?
Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If you stick to the program and don't get results, we'll give you double your money back.
What happens after the challenge?
You can choose to become a full member or we can part ways if you decide we're not for you.
